Sustainable Fulfilment

To reduce our environmental impact, we do not hold large amounts of stock. Instead, we fulfil orders on demand. This helps us offer competitive prices, reduce waste, and operate more sustainably.

When Will I Receive My Order?

  • Orders placed before midnight are processed within 1–5 business days.
  • Premium UK delivery is free of charge.
  • Estimated delivery time is 7–10 days after processing.
  • Total delivery time is usually 8–15 business days.

Shipping Information

Please ensure that all shipping details are complete and correct. Inaccurate or missing information may cause delays, as processing will be paused until the details are verified. Please note that customs procedures (for international shipments) may also result in additional delays.

Lost Orders

If your order is lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received, we will open an investigation with the carrier. To ensure customer satisfaction, we will work with you to find a suitable resolution. In most cases, we will wait for the carrier’s investigation to be completed before resending the product or issuing a refund. Both the customer and Homara are expected to cooperate with the carrier during this process.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@homara.co.uk and include photos of the damage. Once confirmed, we will either resend the affected items or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number within 24 hours. Please note that it may take some time for the tracking information to update. The tracking link in your confirmation email will always show the latest delivery status.
